Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped according to the information supplied by the customer. If a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting improper shipping information, Inspyre will reship the package, or request a delivery intercept (UPS only) with corrected address at the customer’s expense. If a package has been delivered to an incorrect shipping address supplied by the customer Inspyre will not be responsible for providing a replacement.

Inspyre cannot be responsible for any delays in shipping. Weather, volume, location and the pandemic can affect shipping times.

When shipping UPS if three (3) delivery attempts have been made to deliver the package, and it is returned to Inspyre, the package will be resent at the customer’s expense. The same applies to all shipments, however the number of delivery attempts may vary based on postal service policies.

If customer wishes to cancel the order after it has been shipped, all return policies will apply. In this event customers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred.

Inspyre ships all products via Canada Post and UPS. Customers may request expedited shipping at an additional cost including a handling fee at our discretion.

Inspyre is unable to bill any shipping charges to a receiver’s account or to a third party account, nor do we ship to forwarding or courier companies, or other facilities that offer package forwarding services out of Canada and the United States.

International tariffs, taxes, and or brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility. 

International orders shipped via Canada Post may take up to eight (8) weeks to be delivered.
